Robert and Christina Major opened Major Wildlife Studio in April 2005.

Robert Major was born in Elfrida, AZ, where he grew up farming with his family. His father is an avid hunter and instilled that passion into his son at a very young age. Robert graduated from New Mexico State University in 2005 with a Bachlor's degree in Agriculture Business. He has turned his love for wildlife into his profession and been a full-time taxidermist since 2001.

Christina Major grew up in Las Cruces, NM and spent most of her childhood at her family's cabin in the Gila National Forest. Her father is also an avid hunter and taught Christina how to shoot a gun at a young age. Christina shot her first elk at age nine and has been passionate about hunting ever since.
